In this role, you will ensure strong execution and performance in our key brands while also managing our digital brand marketing organization collaboration and ways of working. You will drive how we show up in digital channels, from social media and influencer marketing to content and consumer engagement, in a way that is consistent, high-quality and scalable.
This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on impact: you will work closely with brand teams, guide campaign planning and performance, and ensure that digital marketing contributes directly to brand growth, commercial performance and long-term capability building across Fazer.
This is a fixed-term role for approximately one year, starting in September 2026. You will report to the Marketing Director, Fazer Group, and be based in Vantaa, where we mainly work onsite.

You are a strategic and hands-on digital marketer who knows how to turn ideas into impact. You bring solid experience in both building and executing digital marketing strategies across areas such as social media, content, influencer marketing and digital media, combined with a strong business mindset and understanding of how marketing drives growth and performance. You are comfortable leading teams and influencing stakeholders in a complex, matrixed and international environment, and you are motivated by leading continuous transformation. You are confident in working with data, insights and modern marketing technologies, and above all, you are someone who can inspire others, create clarity and get things done.
