Senior Manager, Integration Architect

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integration Architect to join Fazer Group ICT. In this role, you will take a leading position in designing and evolving our enterprise-wide integration architecture – enabling seamless data and system connectivity across our growing and transforming business.

You will act as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our systems, platforms and data flows are scalable, secure and aligned with Fazer’s overall enterprise architecture.

As Domain Integration Architect, you will:

• Define and drive the enterprise integration strategy, including API-first, event-driven, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Design, govern, and manage the lifecycle of end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and business objectives.
• Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices, and lead technology selection, architecture reviews, and cross-domain initiatives.
• Provide expertise in A2A and B2B integrations, messaging technologies (EDI, EDIFACT, XML), API management, and the Frends iPaaS platform.
• Leverage programming fundamentals and SAP expertise to design end-to-end data flows, validation logic, and complex integrations between core enterprise systems like ERP and WMS.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders, ICT stakeholders and external vendors, acting as a trusted advisor who translates business needs into scalable, secure and future-ready integration solutions. You will report to Senior IT Manager, Data, Analytics and Retail. The position is located in Vantaa “Fazerila” where we work mainly onsite.

What you’ll bring to the team?

Your profile combines strong architectural expertise, good business acumen and stakeholder leadership. Your approach is proactive and analytical, and you have the ability to make decisions and prioritise effectively. In addition, we expect you to have:

• Solid experience in integration and solution architecture in complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of modern integration technologies (APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud integrations)
• Ability to understand how for example ERP, CRM, HR, data platforms and AI solutions connect into one ecosystem
• Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both business and technology teams
• Strong experience in vendor collaboration and architecture governance

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, Finnish and Swedish are considered as a plus.
