Digital Operations Specialist, Fazer Group

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will become part of Fazer’s Digital Marketing community and support the smooth day-to-day operations of digital marketing and social media across the organization. You will contribute to social media operations, content production, tools and coordination, and help scale best practices across Fazer’s business units and markets.

In this role, you combine coordination and operational work with a bit of hands-on content creation, ensuring that digital channels, content and ways of working are consistent, efficient and aligned across the organization.

Your key tasks will include

  • Managing social media platforms, tools and access rights, ensuring smooth operations and governance.
  • Acting as an internal expert on social media platforms and content practices
  • Planning and coordinating the Group-level social media editorial calendar
  • Producing and publishing engaging social media content for selected Group channels
  • Supporting influencer and creator marketing coordination and contributing to shared practices across the organization.
  • Supporting the development of digital tools, processes and guidelines, and sharing insights on trends and best practices.

You will work closely with internal marketing teams, digital specialists and external partners to support the execution and continuous development of Fazer’s digital marketing and social media. You will report to the Group Digital Marketing Lead. This is a permanent full-time position located in Vantaa, Finland, where we mainly work on-site.

The role in question is a salaried position under the collective agreement for salaried employees in the food industry. The base salary of this position is between 3 300 €- 4 000 € per month depending on the knowledge and professional experience of the selected candidate. This role is eligible for annual bonus plan (as confirmed each year separately by Fazer) with a target level earning potential of 8 % of annual salary.

What you’ll bring to the team?

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional who is comfortable working with digital tools and platforms and combines creativity with strong organizational and coordination skills. You have a good understanding of how social media, content and digital tools support brand marketing and consumer engagement.

You enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where you coordinate marketing activities, create content and ensure that digital channels and processes run smoothly.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience in creating social media content and understanding of platform-native formats
  • Good understanding of social media platforms (especially Meta and TikTok)
  • Experience working with digital tools and platforms, such as social media management and analytics tools
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously in a proactive and structured way
  • Experience in influencer marketing is considered an advantage.
  • Native-level Finnish and excellent command of English
