As a Senior Manager, Health & Work Ability, you will combine strategy, data, leadership and partnerships to enhance how work ability supports Fazer’s long-term success.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of Fazer’s Health and Work Ability agenda, ensuring it aligns with Fazer’s wellbeing vision and goals. You will turn strategic goals into practical, value‑adding actions and play a key role in steering our occupational healthcare services and key external partnerships.
You will also strengthen preventive wellbeing practices across the organization by supporting and training managers, ensuring compliance with local legislation and collective agreements. In addition, you will utilize data and help foster a culture where sustainable work ability and continuous improvement are embedded in everyday leadership.
You will lead a team of two professionals and report to the Vice President HR, Group Functions & People Services. The position is based in Vaarala, Vantaa, offering a dynamic on‑site environment that supports collaboration, trust, and meaningful connection with colleagues and leaders.

You have solid experience in health and work ability roles, ideally from a large and globally operating blue-collar organization. Your background blends deep subject matter expertise with a people focused approach, and you prioritize sustainable, long-term solutions over short-term fixes. You understand how to lead cost-effective yet impactful services and practices that create value.
You influence effectively across all organizational levels and are comfortable taking a clear stance when needed. Your leadership style is respectful, confident, and steady, and you are skilled at supporting managers through complex work ability and wellbeing matters while building trust with managers, employees, and partners.
You communicate clearly and confidently in both Finnish and English, and you hold a master’s degree in a relevant field.
