SAP Finance Solution Lead

to join our ICT Development team at the Vantaa Head Office.

You will own Fazer’s SAP Finance (FICO) and Record to Report solution end-to-end — ensuring that our SAP capabilities support financial processes, transformation initiatives, regulatory requirements, and harmonized ways of working across the Group. You will collaborate daily with business super users, process owners, data owners, ICT colleagues, and SAP service providers, and play a central role in development prioritization across the finance domain. You will also participate actively in the transformation programs and contribute to realizing our long-term SAP S/4HANA roadmap. 

As our SAP Finance Solution Lead, you will shape the future of Fazer’s financial processes by driving modern, efficient, and scalable SAP S/4HANA–based capabilities across the Group. You will influence how finance operations run on a daytoday basis, and you will have a strong impact on transformation programs that touch every corner of our business. 

In this role, you will:  

• have main responsibility of Fazer’s SAP Finance (FICO / Record to Report) solution and ensure its alignment with business needs 
• Mentor and guide business super users and maintain strong collaboration with the super user community  
• You will play a central role in prioritizing development with stakeholders, participating in the Future ERP program, and guiding the evolution of our SAP landscape 
• Participate in development prioritization and SAP-related work in projects 
• Support solution and domain architects in realizing target architecture 

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have: 

• Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, especially: FICO, GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO modules 
• Strong expertise on Record to Report processes 
• Understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and manufacturing processes 
• Understanding of SAP authorizations and roles 
• Experience with S/4HANA ecosystem and related architecture topics 
• Ability to align SAP capabilities with regulatory requirements, process standardization, finance transformation and enterprise architecture  
• Experience managing SAP-related development, coordinating deliveries, approving technical changes and ensuring quality  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills  
• Fluent English; Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage
