Supply Chain IT Solution Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain IT Solution Manager to join our ICT Development team. In this key role, you will develop Fazer’s Supply Chain Management solutions end‑to‑end — ensuring that our IT capabilities support the supply chain management processes, transformation initiatives, regulatory requirements, and harmonized ways of working across the Group. You will collaborate daily with business super users, process owners, data owners, ICT colleagues, and IT service providers, and play a central role in IT development prioritization across the manufacturing domain. You will also participate actively in the transformation programs and contribute to realizing our on-going SAP S/4HANA roadmap.

As our Supply Chain IT Solution Manager, you will shape the future of Fazer’s supply chain processes by driving modern, efficient, and scalable SAP S/4HANA–based capabilities across the Group. You will influence how supply chain operations run on a day‑to‑day basis, and you will have a strong impact on transformation programs that touch every corner of our business. In this role, you will:

• Have a responsibility of Fazer’s Supply Chain solution and ensure it technically supports business processes. Supported systems in this area are SAP, Sievo, Winshuttle/AutomateStudio.
• Mentor and guide business super users and maintain strong collaboration with the super user community
• You will play a central role in prioritizing development with stakeholders, participating in the Fazer S/4 HANA program, and guiding the evolution of our SAP landscape
• Support solution and domain architects in realizing target architecture

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:

• Strong expertise on IT development related to supply chain management business processes
• Strong hands‑on experience of SAP’s Order to cash and Source to pay process and SD and MM modules. WM and EWM modules are considered an advantage.
• Strong experience managing IT development, coordinating deliveries, approving technical changes and ensuring quality
• Experience with S/4HANA ecosystem and related architecture topics
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage
