SAP Supply Chain Solution Lead 

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Solution Lead to join our ICT Development team at the Vantaa Head Office. In this key role, you will own and develop Fazer’s SAP Supply Chain solutions across the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay end-to-end processes. You will ensure that our SAP capabilities support business operations and regulatory demands — while driving harmonization, simplification and continuous improvement. As our SAP Supply Chain Solution Lead, you will influence how end-to-end supply chain processes run across Fazer Group. You will have the opportunity to shape modern SAP S/4HANA-based capabilities, work closely with business leaders, and participate in major transformation programs. The role offers versatile development opportunities, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to grow professionally as part of our ICT organisation. 

In this role, you will:  

• Have main responsibility of Fazer’s SAP Supply Chain solution and ensure it technically supports business processes 
• Mentor and guide business super users and maintain strong collaboration with the super user community  
• You will play a central role in prioritizing development with stakeholders, participating in the Future ERP program, and guiding the evolution of our SAP landscape 
• Participate in development prioritization and SAP-related work in projects 
• Support solution and domain architects in realizing target architecture 

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have: 

• Strong handson experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, especially in: Order to Cash (SD), Procure to Pay (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) 
• Understanding of planning (IBP), finance, manufacturing and quality management processes, SAP authorizations and roles 
• Experience with S/4HANA ecosystem and related architecture topics 
• Ability to align SAP capabilities with regulatory requirements, process standardization, finance transformation and enterprise architecture  
• Experience managing SAP-related development, coordinating deliveries, approving technical changes and ensuring quality  
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills  
• Fluent English; Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage
