We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to drive IT development and service excellence in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain. This is a strategic leadership role where you will guide a skilled team, foster agile development, and deliver solutions that enable global business success. You’ll be working as a part of the extended ICT management team with diverse expertise. In this job you will work closely with other IT colleagues, business stakeholders, process development and with IT vendors, globally.
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:
• Lead IT Services and development initiatives in this domain, including SAP ERP
• Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring quality, contract compliance, and cost efficiency
• Act as ICT business partner for agreed business areas, ensuring transparency on IT development and operational performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
• Manage the end-to-end service lifecycle, from design and implementation to support and continuous improvement
• Build and mentor a high-performing team with the right skills and capabilities
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:
• SAP ERP experience, either as a platform, product or service owner or from similar role. Experience of other supply chain-related systems; MES experience is an asset.
• Experience of IT leadership with a proven track record. You have the courage to take the lead and improve the ways of working every day.
• Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, achieve results and ability to adjust to continuous changes in the business environment
• Hands-on experience of IT Service Management, we prefer you to have ITIL certification
• Experience in agile methodology, requirement and development management. With perfect setup you have SAFe® certification and proven experience of delivering epics, features and user stories through sprints with our partners.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external parties. You also communicate fluently in English, Finnish is advantage.
• You are already familiar with terminology like SolMan, composite role, DRP, EDI, SCADA, SLA, EPIC, HANA, MIM, OPEX, OEE or backlog grooming – to name a few
