As Category Management Specialist, you will be part of the Category team in Fazer Sweden’s Commercial unit, while also belonging to the broader Group Commercial Organisation with expertise and strategic sales excellence cross business areas and markets. You will be responsible of gathering, analysing and ensuring usage of customer, shopper and consumer insights, reporting sales development and following up on KPI’s. You will support and work with categories within Business areas of Confectionary (Chocolate, Candy and Biscuits) and Lifestyle Foods (Plant based drinks, Fruit and Cereals) for the Swedish market. This is a permanent fulltime position located in Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid work is possible) in our Office in Hagastaden. You will report to Category Lead Confectionary, Fazer Sweden.

What you’ll bring to the team
You have at least 3 years of experience from Category Management or market data analysis roles. Data analysis and understanding category drivers is your core competencies, while you are also a reliable and structured project manager and team player. You have strong communication and influencing skills, fluent in Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages are beneficial.
To be successful in the role, we see that you have knowledge and experience from customer POS and shopper-insight data tools. Experience and understanding of assigned categories is an advantage.
